Fireforms collects only the fields a visitor submits on a form you connect. We do not sell that data.

We encrypt your personal data to help protect it. Fireforms uses Cloudflare for hosting and Backblaze B2 for private spreadsheet storage in the eastern United States. Your data may be stored and processed outside India.

When you request a spreadsheet by replying EXPORT, you can download it twice within 24 hours. We then delete the exported leads. Leads you have not exported are deleted after 90 days. Only the notification email addresses you have added to a form can request its spreadsheet, using that form’s PIN.

We use your email to help you sign in, send account updates, and deliver invoices if you choose a paid plan. If you provide a GSTIN, we use it only for your invoice. Your browser remembers your sign-in for up to 30 days. You can sign out at any time.

Grievance officer contact: grievance@fireforms.dev. We respond within 30 days. Until a named officer is appointed, that inbox is the dedicated grievance channel.

If a data breach affects your account, we will notify you by email. This is a draft privacy policy for the current test service.
