A clear understanding.

You decide what information your forms collect and how it is used. Fireforms processes that information on your behalf: we store submissions securely, send email notifications, and provide spreadsheets when you request them.

Our service providers are Cloudflare for hosting and email routing, Backblaze B2 for private spreadsheet storage in the eastern United States, Resend for sending emails, and Razorpay for payments when billing is enabled. These providers may process data outside India.

Do not use Fireforms to track children or target advertising at them. You are responsible for making sure your forms collect and use personal information appropriately, including any information about children.

Exported leads are deleted after two downloads or 24 hours. Leads you have not exported are deleted after 90 days. You can delete your account and its stored data from Privacy controls. This is a draft agreement for the current test service.
